Application Process

All applicants must be proposed by two members in good standing who will serve as a Proposer and Seconder. Candidates must complete a membership application and the Proposer shall write a letter on behalf of his/her candidate. In addition, applicants must also attend an Admissions Reception or meet with the Admissions Co-Chairs. Invited candidates will be notified and upon payment of an initiation fee (up to $100) and membership dues will be welcomed into the Society.

If you are interested in joining NES, but do not have a Proposer, you are invited to attend an event to introduce yourself to the Society.
